National, November 16, 2022: BSH Home Appliances, one of the world’s leading home appliance companies, has announced its entry into the freestanding cooktop category. The Bosch tabletop hob was designed based on extensive domestic consumer research and manufactured in-house at BSH India’s Chennai facility. In line with BSH Home Appliance’s Make in India initiative, the company has opened a new manufacturing facility at its Chennai facility. Run by an all-female team, the production line is equipped to produce at least 1,000 units per shift.
