Bengaluru, 24th March: The Den Bengaluru welcomes Rajni S Sanas as the Director of Human Resources. She is a seasoned Human Resource Professionaland brings with her extensive experience and expertise in recruitment, talent management, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion, change management, and people analytics.
Rajni has over a decade of experience in leadership roles at prestigious organizations including Marriott International. She has won numerous awards for her contributions, including the Mustang Award for upcoming talent in the APAC region and the conceptualization and execution of the Read for Blind project in collaboration with Samarthanam NGO, which recorded multiple audiobooks for blind people.
In her new role at The Den, Rajni will spearhead new ways to nurture key talent and foster exceptional professional development across the workforce on both individual and team levels. She will also be responsible for overseeing staff recruitment and retainment and designing and implementing training programs.
Rajni holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University and a Post-Graduation degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Distance Learning.
When she is not at work, she enjoys gardening and reading.
