Chef Siddique brings over two decades of culinary expertise, developed through his impressive career at renowned five-star hotels and speciality restaurants across India and abroad.
Chef Siddique’s journey began at the age of 19, working in a celebrated local restaurant, and he soon advanced to leading positions in culinary establishments like Radisson’s ‘Kababs Factory’ and ITC’s ‘Kabab and Curry.’ Since joining Marriott in 2016, he has been an integral part of the group, with previous roles at JW Juhu’s ‘Saffron Restaurant,’ St. Regis ‘Sahib Room,’ and Sheraton’s ‘Wok & Curry.’ With a focus on showcasing India’s rich and diverse culinary heritage, Chef Siddique will be curating a menu that reflects traditional flavors in a modern setting.
