Mumbai: Noir, a dessert cafe finessed with artisanal craft by Chef Manish Khanna, the perfect combination of classic and modern flavours, opens their 2nd outpost in Malad, inside the newly opened Alfredo’s, after their successful launch in Juhu.

Noir offers a list of artisanal coffees, ice-cream and desserts with a surprise element of decadence that pair well – think cookies, cupcakes, teacakes and biscottis. Both Noir and your childhood favourite, Brownie Point come to you from the affable Chef Manish Khanna. He plates every dessert with the element of luxury, where sitting pretty are warm pies, mouth-watering cheesecakes, beautiful tarts, and pastries. You can sit down to enjoy some rich yet simple dessert pairings Chef Manish Khanna, Founder and Partner, Noir, Sophia’s graduate, started out for his passion in desserts. He spent his initial years at The Oberoi’s Airport services team (Mumbai airport), Leela (Kempinski) and the Royal Caribbean Cruise and then he started to move around the world to work with the renowned chefs, picking the best in the art of desserts. In the US, he trained under various pastry chefs, including chef Mike at Tribeca Grill & Bakery, owned by Robert De Niro.

“Every time I traveled, the culture of enjoying plated desserts caught my attention. At Noir, we believe in offering the finest desserts from the finest ingredients. We love the fact that the audience indulges in our plated desserts. This is my endeavour to present desserts that can be relished and enjoyed at a café and paired with any beverage they would like to. We know that Team Noir will win over the hearts in the newest outpost in Malad, just as we did in Juhu. It’s a privilege to be continuing our partnership with Alfredo’s for the second out of Noir as well. Noir is the statement that stands for classic and modern, is constant and yet evolves. With Noir, my drawing board just got even bigger. And I would love for our guests to enjoy one bite at a time and give Noir a chance to fill their appetite for all those sweet cravings,” expresses Manish Khanna, founder, and partner.

The new cafe will witness the curation of different combinations, where guests can relish their desserts with other accompaniments. “Be prepared to get drenched and satiate the delectable, unique and beautifully crafted desserts like Baked Cheesecakes, Crunchy Hazelnut, Flourless Espresso Cake, Salted caramel ganache tart, Arabian Mahalabiya, Bourbon Cake, Belgian Chocolate Orange, cakes, artisanal coffee, rich ice-cream and more.”, adds a press release by the company.

Noir offers the audience beyond the regular and the product range has something for everyone. The good old chocolate cake – is an absolute indulgence and a heavenly option for chocolate lovers. Noir offers an experience where one can sit down and enjoy the signature creation of desserts at a cafe. If you are looking for delicious yet guilt-free or almond-based desserts, we will tickle your cravings. Come sit down, experience and eat or probably order in a larger portion to be delivered, especially at home.
