In its Food Report 2023, the Frankfurt Future Institute referred to fusion as “the gastronomic globalization of daily life”. Fruit smoothies are improved with ginger and turmeric, and kale curries are enhanced with coconut milk and kaffir lime leaves.

Coconut milk adds a unique touch to a variety of foods and beverages, whether fresh-made or ready-made. This has cemented its place in fusion cuisine. Not only that, but as a plant product, it’s ideal for the burgeoning plant-based movement.

Consumers nowadays demand natural foods to taste well and benefit their health. Vegan coconut milk powder is a wonderful functional alternative to typical milk products for preparing fully plant-based drinks and sweets.
