Two locations of the well-known Korean HQ Pizza chain GOPIZZA have opened, one each in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
By launching in Hyderabad and Anantapur, respectively, GOPIZZA has made a critical first step toward its ambitious expansion goals for the Indian market. By the end of 2023, GOPIZZA hopes to have established over 100 operating locations around the nation, growing from its existing 20 profitable locations.

A popular pizza company with more than 200 locations in South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, India, and Hongkong was originally an idea from founder Jae Won (Jay) Lim’s food truck in South Korea.
The GOVEN, an autonomous pizza oven, the ‘GOBOT,’ a cooperative robot, and the ‘AI Smart Topping Table’ are three pieces of proprietary in-house technology that GOPIZZA uses to assure fast, consistent quality and service to consumers at all of its locations. GOPIZZA is renowned for its single-serve, fire-baked, oval-shaped pizza that is served quickly and at a reasonable price.
“Telangana and Andhra Pradesh are key strategic growth markets for us and we are looking at opening 50 new outlets together in both states in the next 2 years,” added Reddy.
Following a recent INR 200 Cr Series C fundraising, GOPIZZA is eager to expand its use of cutting-edge food technology in the world’s fastest-growing sector. In the coming years, it plans to open locations in Pune, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and other significant Tier 2 cities including Chandigarh, Jodhpur, Jaipur, and Kochi.
Globally, GOPIZZA is seeking to enter new markets in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the United States after experiencing success in Singapore and South Korea.
