SPC Group’s Paris Baguette collaborate With Pascucci to Enter Italy

The SPC Group bakery brand Paris Baguette (President Heo Young-in) will be introduced in Italy. In Korea, Mario Pascucci, the CEO and creator of Italian coffee brand Pascoucci visited by SPC Group President Heo Young-in, signed a memorandum of agreement memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the Paris Baguette Master Franchise. After more than a year of negotiations, the two companies have reached an agreement, and Italy will be the third country in Europe and France after the United Kingdom.

Chairman Hur Young-in of SPC Group stated, “Italy, with the largest and most diverse bakery market in Europe, is a very important market. I am very pleased and reassured to collaborate on our entry with Pascucci, with whom we have had a long relationship. We will work to expand our cooperation and carry out various activities together to contribute to the promotion of friendly cooperation between the two countries.”

Following the signing ceremony, President Hur Young-in and CEO Mario Pascucci visited the Paris Baguette Pangyo flagship store to observe a new model for Paris baggies in Italy and the Yangjae Center store, Pascoucci’s representative store in Korea. Founded in Monte Cerignone, Italy in 1883, Pascucci is a traditional Italian espresso brand that has expanded to 17 countries around the world. SPC Group first introduced it to Korea in 2002. Due to SPC Group’s food and dining expertise and franchise business prowess, Korea has the largest number of Pascucci stores in the world. As the two companies are set to collaborate in Italy and expand into Europe, Pascucci’s partnership with Paris Baguette should strengthen their partnership.
