The newest restaurant in Pune, Zyzzyva, is situated in the peaceful neighborhood of Mundhwa and serves a variety of Continental, Pan Asian, Comfort Indian cuisine, and exquisite in-house desserts. The brand’s tagline is “the last word in hospitality and food,” and the restaurant wants to offer the same to the people of Pune.
Zyzzyva is a chic place to experience leisure that is set apart from star culture but still offers delectable cuisine in a spacious setting. A restaurant that blends luxury, dependability, personalized service, and a mysterious ambience into one that breathes elegance in every pixel. You feel connected to nature within the earthen structure. To make it as traditional and timeless as possible, wood, veneer, and brown colorations were incorporated. It is a novel concept created for people to come together and share their intimate moments in a romantic setting or just have a sombre meal with their loved ones.
Restaurateurs Prerna and Sangram Gaikwad describe the place as their passion project and their joint love for food. The dynamic space is sprawled across 11,000 square feet with an additional 11,000 square feet of grass or a banquet area connected: a 50-car parking space measuring around 12000 square feet.

The overall Restaurant area is 11000 sq. ft. with another 11000 sq. ft. of lawn/banquet area attached; a 50-car parking space of approximately 12000 sq. ft. The total dining capacity is – 58 guests in the Main Dining Hall, 28 guests in the Private Dining Room, and 25 guests on the mezzanine which is the only air-conditioned space & approx. 140 guests in the open area adjoining the main dining hall. Talking about their passion project, Sangram Gaikwad, Owner and Founder, Zyzzyva shares, “It gives us utmost pleasure to introduce to you our very own fine dining restaurant Zyzzyva. The fact that we wound up working in the food industry was completely coincidental. We are among those who don’t eat to live but rather live to eat. Thankfully, thus far, it hasn’t affected our way of life. Not being chefs we, is something that takes away from the complete confidence of opening a restaurant. Even the idea of owning a restaurant seemed overwhelming in the beginning. But we decided to take the plunge. Hope the hospitality industry gives us the right impetus to excel and learn the trade. We hope to maintain consistent quality, service, and customer satisfaction with an aim to open more restaurants soon.”
