Chef Jayved brings a distinguished career spanning more than 15 years, during which he has become known for his ability to seamlessly blend traditional Indian flavors with contemporary global techniques. His appointment is seen as a strategic move by Foodlink to solidify its culinary leadership in the Middle East as it continues to scale its presence in the UAE.

Previous Leadership: Most recently, he served as Unit Chef at PINCODE Restaurant (by celebrity Chef Kunal Kapur), where he played a pivotal role in the brand’s successful launches in both India and Dubai, focusing on menu development and operational efficiency.

Diverse Background: His career includes significant tenures at Azure Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. and Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, where he honed his skills in vendor management, cost control, and large-scale kitchen administration.

Core Expertise: Chef Jayved specializes in Modern Indian cuisine, particularly in curry and tandoor preparations, alongside fusion dishes that appeal to international palates. He is also recognized for his expertise in HACCP compliance and quality auditing.

In his new role, Chef Jayved will lead a diverse team of culinary professionals to enhance the dining experience across Foodlink’s Dubai portfolio, which includes acclaimed brands like China Bistro, India Bistro, and Art of Dum.
